RESIDENTIAL LAP POOL & FITNESS SUITE
Immerse yourself in the sheer undiluted bliss of our Lap Pool.
This is a swimming pool for swimmers, a real swimming pool 25mts in length. Providing a leisure element to our Deluxe Destination Spa SÁMAS, The Lap Pool incorporates a Glass Walled Sauna. A stainless steel pool which shimmers in the sparkling light and reflects its clean lines.
The Fitness Suite provides the space and facilities to engage in a rigorous workout or gentle stretching at the many complimentary classes offered.
Opening Times
Lap Pool, Sauna & Gym 8am to 6pm daily
Children’s Pool Time 10am to 5pm daily ( at all times accompanied by an adult)
SÁMAS Reception 9am to 6pm daily
Use of the holistic Thermal Suites and the accompanying Outdoor Vitality Pool are generally reserved for those availing of treatments. Outside of booking a treatment, depending on availability, it may be possible to book time in these areas and a charge of €60 per person per hour applies.

The Gymnasium features a range of modern high-tech equipment
For those wishing to workout the Gym at SÁMAS is ideal. With a generous terrace/ balcony that is perfect for warm-ups and stretching the Gym features a range of modern high-tech equipment and weights.
