First Hour – The Thermal Suite

Prior to your chosen Treatment enjoy the therapeutic benefits of water and heat. Immerse in our dedicated Male and Female suites with Sauna/Laconium, Aroma Steam Rooms, Ice Fountain, Tropical Rain Showers and breath-taking Outdoor Heated Vitality Pool with its infinity edge and views over Kenmare Bay.

Second Hour – Holistic Treatment

At SÁMAS we offer an array of indulgent Treatments and Rituals for you to choose from. You may select your Treatment at the time of booking, or you may prefer to simply reserve Time and on arrival choose from any of our 8 “Essence of SÁMAS” Body Treatments and Sisley Facials.

Third Hour – Pure Relaxation

Following your Treatment surrender yourself to the Relaxation Room where you can enjoy refreshments and the sweeping views through the trees down to Kenmare Bay. Allow your Therapist to tuck you into a Day Bed, which was hand-crafted from Ash that grew on the Spa grounds. Simply drift into a deep sleep while listening to Sounds of SÁMAS, Music for the Senses, surrounded by the magic of nature and its wildlife.
